The challenge

EasyCommerce sends ~20 transactional emails. Designers and devs change one and don't know what they broke until a real order trips the unchanged ones. Real-recipient testing leaks placeholders to customers.

The result

A developer tool that dry-renders every email with seeded data, lets you override the recipient, and surfaces unresolved placeholders before they ship. Replaces a \"send a test order\" loop with a one-click preview.
